Phoenix

A group-wide initiative with Phoenix was launched, aimed at supporting the digital needs of Customers. As a foundation for this ambition, a digital inclusion project was created to improve digital literacy among customers who are less-confident operating in the digital world, concentrating on the key skills needed to build digital confidence and understanding; to make the most of technology, and stay safer online.

The videos were designed to encourage engagement and registrations, supporting the core business objective of new registrations by introducing this key journey in the context of digital skills.

Our brief was to create a suite of short, bespoke ‘How To’ videos for Phoenix Group to showcase on customer brand Digital Skills Hubs, introducing users to specific self-service aspects of their products and services, such as account activation, accessing policy information, changes to personal details and secure messaging.

The final suite of videos were created with flexibility on mind, to be used in full, and also as smaller snippets of information for communicating in isolation.
