Throughout the Covid-19 pandemic, Macdonald Hotels & Resorts needed a reliable creative and strategic partner to create responsive, engaging and successful campaigns throughout 2020 and beyond.

Due to continually changing government legislation around where and when you could meet other people, and as restrictions eased slightly, we recognised the huge appetite for staycations within the UK at that point in time. This was central to the brief for this key campaign.

The ‘Home from Home’ campaign was successful in reviving sales for the business in an unprecedented time of uncertainty, by showcasing their self-contained staycation offerings located in our fabulous, and less populated national parks up and down the UK.

A speedily assembled team worked quickly with the client to agree concepts and scripts, book available recording studios, voiceover artists and editors, to deliver within tight media deadlines.

The campaign aired on national TV with pre-launch teaser videos on their social channels.
