Clyde Munro
Clyde Munro are Scotland’s leading dental group with practices across the country. With an ambitious growth target for the business to rapidly expand their offering, they firstly needed an agency to help develop their brand and subsequent marketing output, in order to help them realise their aspirations.
We introduced a brand and marketing consultant to better define the positioning of their brand, but also inform and educate their audience in a jargon-free way. We also conducted a research exercise to assess competitor pricing across a defined range of service price points. Once all of the key insights were identified, a new website was designed and built with a streamlined user journey, showcasing their inclusive and wide-ranging levels of care, from routine dental treatments, dementia-friendly practices and cosmetic procedures, through to helping deal with dental anxiety.
A broad spectrum of creative support was required to produce new brand guidelines, photography, social media, bespoke and consistent branding for existing and newly acquired practices, marketing collateral for industry shows, and a recruitment audit and creation of a recruitment portal within their website.
